Shipping Fee

We provide free shipping to most countries, such as the United States, Canada, etc. The shipping fees for other countries are different according to different countries. The final shipping cost is subject to the shopping cart checkout result.

Shipping Time

Most products will be shipped from US warehouses, and a small number of products will be shipped from China warehouses. The handling time is usually 1-3 business days, and the transit time is generally 5-15 business days. 

The transit time depends on the location of the shipment.

• If we ship from a US warehouse, it will generally be delivered within 5 business days.
• If we ship from China warehouse, it will usually be delivered within 15 business days.

PS: The transit time may be slightly delayed in the event of a busy season for logistics.

15 Days Return Policy

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, exchange within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Fee

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is buyer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or it will result in a repackaging fee of $6.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sale@bostingner.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
